Mechanical Interlocking
The foundation of patented System 3E technology is the specific geometric profile of the blocks, based on a well-known mechanical connection – the Morse taper. This profile creates a high friction force during element compression, locking the blocks firmly in place.
To install, simply place the block on the previous layer and tap gently with a rubber mallet. The Morse taper shape automatically drives elements into perfect alignment, resulting in a completely straight wall without mortar or glue.
Because of this unique system, vertical and horizontal joints are completely eliminated. Since air and moisture cannot penetrate between blocks, the wall is entirely free of thermal bridges.
Volcanic Perlite – Nature's Gift to Construction
System 3E blocks consist of 99% expanded perlite, a natural volcanic glass. This gives the block exceptional thermal, acoustic, and fire resistance properties.
Exceptional Insulation
Expanded perlite contains millions of microscopic air bubbles that act as an ultra-efficient thermal barrier. System 3E walls keep the interior warm in winter and cool in summer without any extra insulation.
Top-Tier Fire Resistance
Being an inorganic volcanic mineral, perlite is completely non-combustible. The walls provide a fire rating of REI 240+M, maintaining structural integrity and fire barrier for at least 4 hours.
Acoustic Isolation & Ecology
The specific density and porous structure of the blocks offer outstanding acoustic insulation (up to 45 dB on internal walls). The material is 100% recyclable, allergen-free, and emits no hazardous gases or dust.
